How to make Crepes
Today, I will be showing you how to create crepes. I hope you will enjoy this recipe.
Ingredients
- 2 cups of flour
- 2 tablespoons of granulated white sugar
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 2 room temperature eggs
- 1 cup of room temperature milk
- 2 tablespoons of melted butter
- sifter
- 2 large bowls
- whisk
Instructions
- Sift all the dry ingredients together
- Then whisk thoroughly together
- Add all of the wet ingredients together and whisk thoroughly
- Then combine the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients 1/4 at a time.
- sift the batter through the sifter to take out any remaining lumps.
- Take a pan and put it over medium heat and coat it with a thin layer of butter.
- Then put about 1/4 of a cup in the pan and spread it by holding the pan and swirling it in a circular motion.
- Then flip it when the edges are curled up or it looks oily at the top.
- Now cook it for a couole 30 seconds and you are DONE!!!
